Here are my storyboards, they do not follow our trailer exactly because of the slight change of idea due to being let down but we tried to keep some of the most important shots in the trailer even though we changed our idea. Some shots in the trailer we took spontaneously and it worked well or changed because we could do it. some shot were also cut out.

Props, Cast, Costumes and Location Reports

Props
For the filming of our trailer we used different props. First of all for the drug shots we used sage as ‘marijuana’, paracetamol as ‘LSD pills’ and sugar as ‘cocaine’.

Also used for the drug shots was cards and books to line up the lines on, rizzla’s and tobacco for rolling, baggy’s for the drugs, a weed pot where the weed was placed, a note used for the snorting of the ‘cocaine’ and a lighter to light the joint.

Used for the horror parts of our trailer we used fake blood to show cuts and harm on our characters and a saw and smashed glass bottle to show how people were getting hurt.

Cast
The cast we used was ourselves as the previous people we were going to use bailed on us so we figured out a plan so we could use ourselves but still film it ourselves.

We had Kerstie as our main character and Vickee and Laura as the real people and the hallucinations Kerstie was seeing.

Costumes
Our costume list for each character was casual plain clothing which consisted of for Kerstie a black coat, her rainbow hat, trainers and a hoodie.

Laura wore a black coat, jeans and converses and Vickee wore a black coat, black leggings and black shoes.

locations
We shot our trailer in two locations which were in Kerstie’s house in her bedroom and the hallway.

This was used at the beginning of our trailer for the smoking, rolling and the drug taking before leaving and going out, once out the house Kerstie makes her way to Bure Park where we see her again walking over the bridge.

The main part of our trailer was filmed amongst the trees and on the grass. Though we did do some filming over near the building but we haven’t included any of these parts in our trailer.

brief outline of idea

We had a problem along the way when filming our trailer because we had to change our idea because of issues with our cast. We originally had 5 charectors, 3 males and 2 females. The main character was going to be male and the general idea was that our main character ‘Adam’ was the guy that took way more drugs than he should as he is a bit of a risk taker. The equilibrium would be that they are all friends and they would meet up to take drugs In the woods. The disturbance happens when adam takes to much and starts tripping out and hallucinating horrible things. Adam would take to much and go crazy thinking giant monsters or shadow people, or other evil charectors typical of a bad trip are trying to kill him. Infact these are his friends and he is tripping, he end up killing them all one by one whilst they fight for their lives. This is the climax of the film - Adam is delusion and has no idea he is killing his friends. In the morning which would be at the end of the film, both Adam and the audience see a shot of him waking up sobar in the woods with his friends all dead apart from one who is whimpering terrified hiding in the woods. We had the virtuous girl who did not take the drugs survive to support the final girl theory by Carol Clover. Flashbacks then come onto the screen of him killing his friends not monsters through stacys point of view ‘a sobar mind’ to reveal the twist to the audience. Stacy has already called the police and they come and take adam away, this is a dramatic scene of him being pulled away crying at the loss of all of his friends, the camera would zoom out slowly to reveal the hole scene and establish the new equilibrium. The new equilibrium is that a group of teenagers are dead whist adam is in a mental institutuon and stacy the final girl is forever disturbed by the incidents of the night before.

We could not follow through with this idea exactly because we were let down by our charectors as none of them could participate. Therefore we had to change our idea slightly to work for us with the three people in our group. Kerstie became the main character and vickee and laura the ‘killers/hallucinations’ because we only had 3 girls to act in the trailer now we decided to tweak the idea. The new idea is that kersite the main charectet is a drug user, In the film she take a concoction of different drugs including acid, cocaine, weed and mdma. Much like our previous idea she trips out too hard and has vivid hallucinations. Instead of hallucinating monsters and shadows she see’s her two best friends ‘laura and vickee’ trying to kill her. The real laura and vickee are late for meeting kerstie in the woods. The climax of the film involves kersties hallucinations coming to kill her using a saw and bludgeoning with a stick. The film then takes a turn when her real friends arrive and kerstie is ready to fight back, she has a glass bottle and stabs and kills both of her friends. All along the audience are aware that her friends attacking her are figments of her imaginations. The twist would be she ends up killing her real friends who are innocent. The ending would be much the same as the original idea for the ending but instead of stacy phoning the police kerstie phones them herself when she wakes up on the floor sobar to see her friends dead. She has no idea she killed them as her memory has gone blank. She is sent to a mental asylum because she does not believe the police when they try to tell her she killed her friends. Kerstie as a conciquence of being a drug user has to live with the guilt of killing her friends for the rest of her life institutionalized.
